This is not a typical workshop that follows a traditional meeting agenda. Our trainers blend proven instructional design methods with innovative “action-learning” techniques to deliver engaging learning experiences that achieve results. Over 60% of the workshop consists of experiential hands-on activities that are designed to stimulate, rejuvenate and invigorate your mind, body and spirit.
This workshop was designed by Gerald “Solutionman” Haman, who studied instructional design at the University of Minnesota where he earned a Masters degree in Communications. Haman also was employed as a trainer for P&G and instructional designer for Arthur Andersen’s Executive Education Center. Haman was recently certified as an Experience Economy Expert by Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore, the pioneering authors of the groundbreaking books, The Experience Economy and Authenticity. Naturally, many of The Experience Economy principles are incorporated into this workshop.
